The workshop provides an international forum to discuss the technical and economic issues in the research and development of heat pipes. It brings together the scientists, engineers, academic researchers, industrialists and students specializing in this area to exchange their knowledge and ideas and share their views and experiences in the area of heat pipes. This also gives a platform to discuss issues and problems lying in the future directions of the heat pipe technologies.
The workshop is organized under the aegis of TEQIP and conducted by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Govt. College of Engineering, Kannur.
The plenary talk shall be delivered by Dr. Gerardo Carbajal, USA, followed by invited talks of eminent Indian Scientists / Academicians in this special area.
