Registration Guidlines
welcome to APCI2025
- Conference registration and presentation by at least one author is mandatory for including the paper in the conference program and for IEEE Xplore paper publication.
- Please complete the registration process on or before 25th May 2025.
- At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register for the conference for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings and be scheduled for presentation.
- The details on registration fees for different categories are available on the conference website (https://www.gcek.ac.in/APCI2025/) . An additional 18% GST must be added to the amount during payment.
- Authors who complete the registration on or before 5th May 2025 (Early bird registration) will get a 10% discount on the registration fee.
For example: An IEEE student member opting normal registration (After 5th May and before 25th May) will pay an amount of 5000+18% GST = 5900.
An IEEE student member opting Early bird registration (On or before 5th May) needs to pay an amount of 4500+18% GST = 5310.

- Authors registering for a 2nd paper will need to pay only 50% of the fees for the second paper. However, a third paper will require a full payment of the fees.

- Please mention the paper ID (Paper_XXX) in the notes/remark during payment.
- Please note the payment ID and keep a screenshot of your payment details for uploading in the registration form and for any future reference.
- After paying the fee, fill in the registration form via this link.
- Please upload the following in the registration form (as PDF/Image):
- Proof of payment. [Mandatory]
- Proof of affiliation (copy of institution/company ID). [Mandatory]
- Proof of valid IEEE membership – copy of IEEE membership card. [For participants registering as IEEE members]
- The conference coordinators will intimate the confirmation of your registration after verification.
- All the registered delegates will be instructed to prepare a PPT (offline presentation) and a PPT + recorded video presentation (online presentation) of their paper. Separate guidelines will be provided for recording and sending the PPT and video presentation.
- Maximum page limit of a paper is 6 pages in 2-column IEEE Conference paper format. Papers exceeding 6 pages (a maximum of 8 pages) should pay an extra page charge of Rs. 500/- per page (18% GST extra) for Indian authors and 10 USD per page (18% GST extra) for Foreign authors.
