AUTHOR REGISTRATION

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register with FULL FEE (Indian Student Authors (UG/PG/Research Scholar) / Indian Academia/Industry Authors / Foreign Student Authors (UG/PG/Research Scholar) / Foreign Academia/Industry Authors) before the deadline, for the paper to be presented in the conference, and included in IEEE Xplore.
• A maximum of one (1) paper may be presented and submitted to IEEE Xplore under a full registration.
• The registration under the category of Co-Author Student or Co-Author Professional registration does not include eligibility for submission to IEEE Xplore.
• The initial manuscripts may contain six pages. Up to two (2) additional pages are permissible without additional charges in the final version. The maximum number of pages per manuscript allowed is strictly eight (8).
• Registration fee is non-refundable.

Inclusions

• Full Fee Registration: Includes access to plenary sessions, tutorials, all conference sessions, a registration kit, lunches for four days, coffee breaks, a gala dinner, and inclusion of presented papers in IEEE Xplore.
• Co-Author and Non-Author Registration: Includes access to plenary sessions, tutorials, all conference sessions, a registration kit, lunches for four days, coffee breaks, and a gala dinner.
• Students must submit valid proof of their status (a copy of a student ID card or a letter from their institution or program director) via email during registration and payment. Registration will only be confirmed after verifying the submitted proof.

Deadline

• Early-Bird Registration: 1^st August 2026 to 20^th August 2026
• Regular Registration Deadline: 31 August 2026
  • The details of registration fees for different categories are available here. https://gcek.ac.in/SPICES2026/fee.php. An additional 18% GST must be added to the amount during payment.
  • Authors who complete the registration on or before 20th August 2026 (Early bird registration) will get a discount on the registration fee (See the registration form – type of registration dropdown list, if you have any doubt on the amount to be paid).

• Please mention the paper ID (Paper_X, where X is the paper ID) in the notes/remark during payment.
• Please note the payment ID and keep a screenshot of your payment details for uploading in the registration form and for any future reference.

• Please upload the following in the registration form (as PDF/Image):
  • Proof of payment. [Mandatory]
  • Proof of affiliation (copy of institution/company ID). [Mandatory]
  • Proof of valid IEEE membership – copy of IEEE membership card. [For participants registering as IEEE members]
• The conference coordinators will intimate the confirmation of your registration after verification.
• Maximum page limit of a paper is 8 pages in 2-column IEEE Conference paper format.

Conference registration and presentation by at least one author is mandatory for including the paper in the conference program and for IEEE Xplore publication. Please complete the registration process on or before the standard deadline. Details on registration fees for different categories (including any early-bird discounts or multi-paper rates) will be available on the official conference website or submission portal once announced.
